Welcome the colder season with a practice centered on movement, strength, and warmth. This special Hatha Yoga class uses active sequences and purposeful breath to energize the body and cultivate an inner sense of warmth.
After practice, settle in for a cozy community gathering featuring a hot cocoa bar, sweet treats, and time together at Lucymont E.P.A.C.
Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.

For participants ages 18+. Includes the full Hatha Yoga practice followed by the hot cocoa bar, sweet treats, and post-practice community experience.
